General Policy

  • Refunds are processed only under specific circumstances, as outlined in this policy.

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@ivaan.org within 7 days of the issue arising.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days.

 

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following scenarios:

 

     Service Cancellation by IVAAN

  • If IVAAN cancels a project or service before commencement, a full refund will be issued.

     Client Cancellation

  • If the client cancels a project or service before work has begun, a partial refund may be issued, subject to administrative or processing fees.

  • If the client cancels after work has commenced, no refund will be issued, and the client will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date.

     Service Dissatisfaction

  • If the client is dissatisfied with the services provided, they must notify IVAAN in writing within 3 days of project completion.

  • IVAAN will review the complaint and may offer a partial refund, additional services to rectify the issue, or other compensation at its discretion.

     Payment Errors

  • If an overpayment or duplicate payment is made, IVAAN will refund the excess amount upon verification.

 

Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Consultation fees.

  • Costs of materials or third-party services already purchased or rendered.

  • Payments for work completed, even if the project is terminated early by the client.

 

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@ivaan.org with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the following details:

    • Your name and contact information.

    • Invoice or payment reference number.

    • Reason for the refund request.

    • Supporting documentation (if applicable).

  2. Review Process: IVAAN will review your request and may contact you for additional information. We aim to respond to refund requests within 7 business days.

  3. Refund Approval: If your request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on the circumstances.

 

Exceptions

  • Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by factors beyond IVAAN’s control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or third-party delays.

  • Refunds will not be issued for changes in client preferences or requirements after work has commenced.
